We run our Organic Farm in the Alpujarras along traditional lines, passed on by the last of thr local farmers from the pre-chemical age. We are renovating our buildings using materials that grow around us, planting, harvesting, and building by the "moons" and irrigating from the traditional irrigation system of "Acequias", unique to the Alpujarras.

We grow organic vegetables and fruit, make country wines, jams, marmalades and chutneys. We also keep chickens and goats, make cheese and yogurt, all for sale in the local market.

Our specialities are olives, olive oil and oranges, all available for export. We also make soaps and herbal remedies.

It is our intention to offer "educational" holidays at the farm, based on the various activities that we are involved in.
